Kings Trust Work Experience

On the 9th March, Connor Mitchell joined us from The Kings Trust ( Portsmouth College) for work experience.

The Kings Trust is a 12-week programme aimed at 16–25-year-olds who are unemployed and lacking in qualifications or confidence.

The course holds great opportunities to develop existing skills and gain new ones.

Connor spent time within a variety of Colas service roles to learn about different aspects of the business and operational services. He was shown an overview of how the service works and how it all comes together as a team.
