Colas's investigation will take 10 working days to complete once the administration fee has been paid.

After investigation, if you do not appoint your own contractor, we will send you an estimate of the cost of constructing the vehicular access. This will generally be sent to you within 28 days.

Following recent changes to the planning regulations, in addition to our consent for a Vehicle Access you may need planning consent for your driveway/parking area. Guidance on this matter is given by the Environment Agency on the following website:
