Inclusive Leadership company event.

Jane and Karen were invited and took part in the Bouygues Group Diversity & Inclusive Leadership Day up in London on 3rd March 2026.

Under the theme “Global Inclusive Leadership for Tomorrow” the event brought together leaders from across all our Company divisions.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices were shared and the event highlighted the Group’s commitments to respect, fairness, social justice, and equal opportunity.

Both Jane and Karen came away feeling very empowered from the day networking with people who believe in the benefits of inclusive growth.

The speakers at the event gave inspirational talks on how workplace, cultural and psychological safety enable sustainable performance and attract talent.

We even had a ‘selfie’ with the Bouygues CEO & Chair Mr Philippe Bernard.
