The LifeHouse Breakfast Mornings

Local companies are being asked to support the ‘Lifehouse’ by volunteering a team of employees to help serve breakfast, tea, and coffee to their homeless guests and those in need.

Colas Portsmouth had their second team of staff volunteering to help out at the weekly breakfast morning on 25th March 2025 after the success of the first team back in February. Both teams done a fantastic job serving breakfast and helping distribute the food bags to the queuing people waiting outside.

The LifeHouse is a practical resource and support centre for those ‘in need’ that live in Portsmouth and Southsea, they open their doors on a Wednesday morning for breakfast and on a Thursday evening for a hot meal.

Colas Portsmouth staff regularly donate to the charity for the homeless with food and unwanted items and now after the success of another Breakfast Morning they plan on regularly donating volunteering time to help out in the centre.
